Inlet Historical Society and the UAA University Honors College invites the
public to “Working as a Dena'ina Anthropologist, Conducting Research with My
People,” a lecture by Karen Evanoff, cultural anthropologist for Lake Clark
National Park and Preserve.

The
presentation will highlight Karen's unique approach in writing
the book Dena'ina Elena: A
Celebration, as well as the role she and the Park Service played in
developing the museum's current exhibition, Dena'inaq'
Huch'ulyeshi: The Dena'ina Way of Living. This is a free event and
open to the public.
